We will ship internationally to almost any country. Rates above are for US postal service. If your order cannot be shipped USPS due to size restrictions or if you would prefer faster shipping by UPS or Fed Ex we will notify you of extra shipping costs. Any fees, taxes or import duties imposed on your order will be collected at time of delivery and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We try to maintain a complete inventory of all items listed online. If a situation arises where we are unable to complete your entire order, the items on hand will be shipped and you will be notified of any back-ordered items. If the item is available from the manufacturer we will have it drop shipped directly to you ground shipping with no additional shipping costs. If, at any time, you wish to cancel your remaining order, let us know. A refund check will be issued on pre-paid orders. On credit card sales, your card will not be charged until the merchandise is ready to ship. Special orders will be charged at the time the order is placed.
All back orders are given priority when new merchandise arrives at our shop. No back orders will be held longer than 30 days.

If you are ever unsatisfied with a product purchased from Compleat Angler, simply return the item(s) within 30-days in “like-new” condition with the original packaging for a full refund, credit, or exchange. Please include the invoice and/or a brief note explaining how you would like us to handle the return (refund, credit or exchange). Unfortunatley freight is non-refundable.
Custom orders can be returned if defective for an exchange only. Used items cannot be refunded, and items returned without original packaging are subject to 15% restocking fee.
Most manufacturers will not allow us to enforce their warranty programs. All defective/damaged merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer for their inspection & repair. We are more than happy to handle these matters for you. Just return the items to us, we will advise you as to repair/replacement options and costs.
